Who is Zuleika Bronson?

Zuleika Bronson was born on 4th August 1971 in Los Angeles, California. She is the only natural-born daughter of Charles and Jill. She spent most of her childhood in Bel-Air as she was born in Los Angeles. Currently, she is 50 years old and her zodiac sign is Leo. Furthermore, she holds both American and British nationality and belongs to Lithuanian and English ancestry.

She has lived quite a secretive life and she is not available on any social media platforms as well. So, not much is known about her educational qualification, career, and lifestyle. During an interview, her mother has expressed her thought process about why she settled with her name. She said that she liked the similar sound-Zuleika Bronson, Zuleika Dobson, the wicked Edwardian scamp. That’s the story behind her unique name.

She spent a lot of time at the farm

Zuleika’s parents owned a colonial farmhouse in West Windsor, Vermont. They had bought the farm in the early 1970s and named the farmhouse after their youngest daughter Zuleika. Their entire family used to spend most of their time on the farm where they used to raise a lot of horses and other animals.

Naturally, Zuleika was very interested in horses as she used to spend a lot of time with horses since childhood. She was so interested that her parents decided to specially train as they knew their daughter is interested in horses. So, she became an equestrian when she was a teenager.

As mentioned above she has six siblings but she is the only natural-born child between Charles and Jill. Charles was previously married to Harriet Tendler and they had two children namely  Suzanne and Tony. However, they got divorced in 1965.

Similarly, Jill was married to actor David McCallum and they had three sons together namely Paul, Valentine, and Jason (who was adopted). Unfortunately, their adopted son Jason died of a drug overdose just six months before Ireland’s death in 1989.  Jill and McCallum also got divorced in 1967.

Charles and Jill later adopted a daughter named Katrina Holden Bronson. In total, Zuleika has six half-siblings but all of them grew up together and lived a relaxed life at their father’s mansion in Malibu. They continued to remain close even after their parents have died.

Charles and Jill had met each other in 1962 when Jill was married to Scottish actor David McCallum. It was rather an unusual situation and at that time Bronson was working with David in the movie “The Great Escape”.  It is also reported that he had told David that he was going to marry his wife.

We can assume that David might have taken his co-stars’ remark as a joke but little did he know what fate had stored for him. Charles did marry his wife on 5th October 1968 after just a year Jill and David got divorced. After that, the two moved to the grand Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles. She has a loving father

You might already know that Zuleika’s father was famous for his ruthless demeanor that struck fear in the heart of everyone. He is probably one of the greatest actors of all time.

Her father has been very much energetic ever since she was born. He was the first one to rush into her room in the morning to see her morning smile. He even had a drawer only reserved for her daughter. It contained all of his daughter’s favorite crayons, paper airplanes, glass marbles, and small books. She really had a loving father.

As time and tide wait for none everyone in this world has to die at some point. Unfortunately, her parents have also left the world. Her mother Jill had an untimely death at the age of 54 on 18th May 1990 because of breast cancer. She even wrote two books chronicling her battle with the disease. Jill even became the spokesperson for the American Cancer Society and she was writing her third book at the time of her death.

She was cremated and her ashes were placed in a cane which Charles Bronson had buried with him at Brownsville Cemetery when he died in 2003. His health deteriorated in his last years. He retired from acting after undergoing hip-replacement surgery in August 1998. Sadly, he died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at the age of 81 on 30th August 2003.

His death certificate cites  “respiratory failure”, “metastatic lung cancer”, with, secondarily, “chronic obstructive pulmonary disease” and “congestive cardiomyopathy” as the causes of death. But the real cause of his death was cited as due to pneumonia and Alzheimer’s disease.

What is she doing at the present?

Many of you might be curious to know about her life at the present as she has been off the radar for soo long. Unlike, her award-winning film director sister Katrina she has never appeared in public and she has stayed away from social media as well.
